Is there a limit on the number of testimonials?
There is no limit on the number of testimonials that you can display on your site. There can be added as many as you like and need.
Why does the payment not go through?
In case you encounter any issues when you are trying to purchase our product please try doing it in another browser and in incognito mode. Another solution would be to change the payment method.

Do we offer a trial version?
Currently, Strong Testimonials does not offer a trial version, but we do provide a lite/free version that you can install to explore how the plugin functions. Our Pro plugins are essentially extensions of this lite version, and you can review all the Pro features on our pricing page.

Why are the testimonials not displayed?
In case you are not able to see your testimonials on your site, the issue might be coming from your theme or other plugins. We recommend doing a troubleshooting using the Health Check plugin. What do I need to use to custom style my views?

How to import testimonials from other plugins?
Unfortunately this is not an option the plugin currently has. However you should be able import testimonials from a CSV file, if you can export the old ones to a CSV file.
