Turnstile

The Turnstile option in the Strong Testimonials CAPTCHA extension provides an additional layer of security to prevent spam submissions on your testimonial forms.

This feature is available in the premium version of the extension and requires API keys from Cloudflare’s Turnstile service.

Below, we will guide you through the installation and configuration process to enable Turnstile on your testimonial forms.

Install the Strong Testimonials CAPTCHA Extension

To use Turnstile, you first need to install the Strong Testimonials CAPTCHA extension. You can do this in two ways:

1. Automatic Installation

   Go to your WordPress Dashboard > Navigate to Testimonials > Extensions > Click on the Install & Activate button under the CAPTCHA extension.

   

2. Manual Installation

   Log in to your account on the Strong Testimonials website > Go to Purchase History > View Details and Downloads.

   

   
   Download the ZIP file of the CAPTCHA extension.

   

   
   In your WordPress Dashboard, go to Plugins > Add New > Click Upload Plugin.

   
   Select the ZIP file, then click Install Now > Click Activate Plugin once the installation is complete.

   

   

Configure Turnstile

Once the extension is installed and activated, follow these steps to enable Turnstile:

1. Go to Testimonials > Form > Settings > Form Spam Control > Turnstile > Check the Enable Turnstile option.

   

2. Enter your Turnstile Site Key and Turnstile Secret Key.

3. Add a Turnstile Label if desired (Optional) > Save Changes.

Obtaining Your Turnstile API Keys

1. Visit Cloudflare and log in using Google, Apple, or your email and password.

   

2. Navigate to Turnstile > Add Widget.

   

3. In Widget Name, enter a title for your widget.

   

4. Under Hostname Management, click Add Hostnames.

   

5. Enter your website URL and check the box in front of it at the bottom.

   

6. Click Create.

   

7. Copy the Site Key and Secret Key displayed on the screen.

   

8. Return to your WordPress Dashboard > Testimonials > Form > Settings > Turnstile and paste the keys > Save Changes.

   

By following these steps, you have successfully enabled Cloudflare’s Turnstile CAPTCHA on your Strong Testimonials forms. This will help reduce spam and ensure that only genuine testimonials are submitted.
